Matt Wedel: Phenomenal Debris exhibit campaign for the Toledo Museum of Art.

Matt is known for pushing the boundaries of ceramics, and this exhibition marked his first large-scale show at a major art museum. His work is large, bold and colorful. We created a campaign that would play with the viewers’ emotional responses when experiencing his work. Would they feel uncertainty, excitement, confusion — all of the above? The work tapped into these emotional equations to entice viewers to visit the museum.

The campaign included in-museum materials, OOH and social extensions.
